FRENCH FEMININITY: ATTITUDE OR POSTURE?

FRENCH FEMININITY: ATTITUDE OR POSTURE?

The Parisian woman stands tall and walks with her head held high. Haughty, gorgeous, proud and snobbish? No more than anyone else. Perhaps it's natural, genetic and involuntary? Certainly, the Parisienne is aware that she belongs to an elite who is lucky enough to live in the City of Light, capital of style and romance. Does the way she carries herself have anything to do with it? Or is it a question of upbringing that engenders this haughty behavior? So, improve your posture and adopt an "unintentionally" superb attitude and maybe you'll get that slightly snobbish charm, so Parisian.

POSTURE

What Parisian’s hasn't heard: "stand up straight, keep your head up..."? Who hasn't learned to cross a room with a book on their head, on 2-inch heels? Like our mothers, good posture was an easy and important way to maintain a healthy mind in a healthy body. Indeed, standing up straight makes you feel better about yourself, gives you more self-confidence. Good posture keeps the body aligned: back straight, shoulders square, chin up, chest out and stomach in. If you can imagine a straight line from earlobe to shoulder to hip to knee to ankle... that's all there is to it. You know how to stand!

ATTITUDE

La Parisienne wields the art of paradox and contrast with exceptional virtuosity. It's genetic! She is both natural and sophisticated. She's impertinent and self-assured, yet discreet and without the slightest exuberance. She has presence, but with discretion. She's simple, elegant but very sure of her taste. Everything must appear simple and obvious, and not give the impression that the result has been achieved with great effort. It's a question of education! In short, the Parisienne is supposed to be effortlessly beautiful and elegant! She puts on lipstick, of course, but that's just to look a little made-up, nothing is calculated... The Parisienne doesn't blindly follow fashion. That's normal, because she has the impression of creating trends! She never arrives at a party looking like a Christmas tree: she'll have taken off her ballet flats and worn pumps, but kept her jeans on. In fact, she's just passing through, because she had some free time. Is the Frenchwoman a good bluffer?

So what do you think Posture ou Attitude? Chantal

Cècile - Health & Beauty
Bonjour, my name is Cécile. I grew up in Provence between a grandmother creating perfumes and a naturopath mother. In this healthy and close upbringing, I learned how to listen to nature and discovered that our body is undoubtedly one of the greatest human resources. I’ve been a Parisian since I began my studies as a medical journalist. I discovered another world, fast and stressful but although exciting, where nature is too often absent. I started to divulge to my friends and readers, my secrets of youth or how to take charge of their health in order to get the most out of life.
